Yesterday after returning from work as I was fiddling with my kid, my Sis suddenly pointed out a white portion in Om's lower gum... As we verified the fact we got excited... Yes Om's first tooth is at last visible... We wont get the fokla smile anymore...
It is the lower left canine that won the race... For record yesterday he was 7 months and 26 days...
There was more....
His favorite sport is the ball... he loves to be with his various sized, colored balls...
As he was busy with one of them I noticed he was uttering something like "Baa.. Baa..". My ears became attentive and I heard the same sound. Then I asked my mother whether I am getting it correctly. After a few minutes my mother assured me. So My baby has started to utter meaningful words.. At least he knows that its the "Ball" he is playing with.
After a few minutes I just told him--"See, the monkey(his soft toy) will play with the ball"... I don't know what he understood but he took the ball and reached for the monkey and started hitting the monkey with the ball playfully...
Should I be more cautious about what I say in his presence... May be I underestimate him.... I should check my speech in future.
